This Privacy Policy explains how Codeezy LLP (“Codeezy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses your personal data when you join the waitlist for Axis, our game-based learning platform for coding and AI. It is written to comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the United Kingdom, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).
Codeezy LLP is an education technology firm registered in Singapore. For the purposes of the GDPR, Codeezy LLP is the “data controller” responsible for your personal data.

For visitors in the EEA and the UK, our legal basis under the GDPR for processing your email is your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. Under the PDPA, we likewise rely on the consent you provide when you sign up. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your choices and rights” below); withdrawing won’t affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew.
We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate the waitlist and securely store the responses we collect. These providers process your data on our behalf and only for the purposes described in this policy. We do not share your data with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to keep the site working, and to understand how the Axis page is used so we can improve it.
For analytics we use Microsoft Clarity, a product-analytics service provided by Microsoft. Clarity helps us see, in aggregate, how visitors move through the page – where they click and scroll, and at which point they leave – through usage metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings. To do this it may capture your interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and technical details such as your browser, device, approximate location, and the site you arrived from. Clarity masks text you type by default, and we do not use it to identify you personally. Microsoft processes this information as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your control: analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. For visitors in the EEA and the UK, our legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent (GDPR); under the PDPA we likewise rely on your consent. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function do not require consent.
Codeezy LLP is based in Singapore, and our service providers may store or process your data in other countries, including outside Singapore and the EEA (for example, the United States). Whenever we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA and the GDPR – for example, by using providers that rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We keep your email for as long as you remain on the waitlist. If you ask to be removed, or once the waitlist has served its purpose, we will delete your data within a reasonable period.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

If you are in Singapore, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). We’d appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please consider reaching out to us before doing so.
The Axis waitlist is intended for adults – parents, educators, and school staff (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the waitlist. If you believe a child has submitted their information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently changed.
